There is something missing from my order?
Sorry if something was missed from your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know what is missing from your order and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note we would need a description and/or photo of the outer box to confirm if your package has been tampered with in any way. Please include a picture of your invoice received in your order to help us resolve the issue for you quicker.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
It is possible, but once an order is confirmed it may be processed and shipped before you have chance to cancel. If you wish to cancel an order please contact email@example.com immediately otherwise you will have to go through our returns process which may result in you paying for the returns shipping.
There is something wrong with my order, can I return it?
If you would like to return your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending your parcel back. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you're wanting to return your order. You then have a further 14 days to physically return the products.
We are unable to accept returns on apparel or merchandise. These products are printed on demand by our production partner Printful. As a result, we cannot refund items for buyer’s remorse or offer returns on products ordered in the wrong sizes. Please see the size guides provided on product pages. If your order is wrong or your items are damaged, please submit a problem report to Printful customer service or contact us using the address above and we will take up the issue with our print on demand partner.

Can I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?
You can amend the delivery address on your order after the order has been confirmed but you won't be able to change this once the order has been shipped. We aim to process orders at the earliest opportunity so it may not be possible to amend them. If you need to change the delivery address please contact us immediately at email@example.com
Can I check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is confirmed and again once the order has been shipped. We will provide you with a courier tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
Can I pay for express delivery?
No, we do not currently offer an express delivery service.
Where do you deliver?
We are based in the UK and deliver to all UK postcodes for a flat rate of £2.99.
We also ship to mainland Europe for a flat rate of £12 per order (see shipping policy for full list of countries).
How long is your delivery time?
We use a secure courier service to make sure your products reach you safe and sound. Excluding weekends and bank holidays you can expect delivery to be made within 2-5 working days under normal conditions.
Deliveries to Europe will take approximately 10 days.
For apparel and merchandise products, orders are fulfilled by our print on demand partner and delivery times may vary. We list the estimated delivery time on each product page.
Can I pay in installments?
If you have a Paypal account then you can use their 'Pay in 3' or Paypal Credit options when you check out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods through the website.
- Credit / Debit card: we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
- PayPal: Use your PayPal account to submit payment.
- Apple Pay & Web Payments (Chrome browser)
